I love the factz that my energy level is through the roof after only 3 days of talking. I’m sleeping better because it’s decongesting me. I started taking this product on the advice of a close friend that I trust. She'd been taking it for about 2 months and was raving about it. Withing the first few days of taking it I noticed that it's an appetite suppressor. So, I was down a couple pounds in the first week. Then I noticed something odd but very welcomed, it was ridding my body of so much excess mucus. I take allergy medication every day and mucus was a big problem for me because I couldn't seem to get it out of my head and chest. This stuff works for that! I also noticed it was helping my body get rid of excess fluid. And, that it helps regulate your digestive tract. My husband is taking it too and also is noticing the same benefits. I have been taking these for like a week and a half and I can tell you all that I do feel alot better with my digestive issues. I was diagnosed with colitis and IBS and have been dealing with constipation for the past year. I used to be a heavy smoker not too long ago and I can also feel that it is cleaning out my lungs. The gel is great in soups, drinks or smoothies But it is hard to determine exact potency of the ingredients within (Amount of Mg).
